Yes all our marquee packages include full setup and pack down by our team. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Packages include multi day hire. We usually set up 48 hours before and pack down the day after, unless you’re having a recovery party, we can include that at no extra cost.
Absolutely. Each package is a starting point, you can swap in to suit your preference. It’s your day, we’re just hear to bring it together for you.
A 30% deposit secures your booking. 70% balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. You can adjust numbers, layouts or inclusions closer to the day. We’ll lock in final details around 30 days out.
We service North East Victoria and beyond. Just let us know your location though and we’ll confirm if it’s economical for you to use Tempo as your wedding hire partner.
Depends on the size we recommend. Most weddings use our Murphy marquee (10×22m) or our Banjo (10×28m). We’ll just need flat ground, clear access, and space around the marquee. We’ll walk you through what’s needed.
We can supply power options (like generators) if your site needs it. We’ll check what’s required during the planning process. Our lighting only requires up to 3 10AMP circuts. (Standard house powerpoints). We should never share circuits with cateres to avoid tripping power. Don’t stress, we know all about power and we’ll make a solid plan for your site.
Yes, transparent sidewalls are included at no extra charge. You can choose to have them fully installed, rolled up and ready, or not used at all. We can decide on the day based on the weather, so you’ve got flexibility.
Not every marquee wedding is huge. Glow Up suits all sizes from intimate parties to bigger groups and we scale the layout and inclusions to suit your space and guest list. Even small intimate weddings need to look good!
We handle setup, pack down, layout design, and liaise with venues or property owners if needed. We’re not just a hire company, we help bring your whole setup together. We have 10 years managing major events, this is what we do and we love to do it. You’re in capable hands with us!
That’s totally fine. During your 20 minute call we’ll walk through the three included décor options and get a sense of what fits. You don’t need a mood board to start, just a feel for what you don’t want is enough.
We’re new on paper but not new to the industry. After years producing major events and private functions, we built Tempo to bring that same magic to weddings because we got ghosted, we had the worst crew setting up our marquee (like they actually abused us and refused to set up because it was raining).
We couldn’t let that experience happen to anyone else, and we knew we could provide not just a better experience, but one that makes planning exciting and not stressful.

From there, you can secure your date with a 30% deposit.

As your wedding gets closer, we’ll revisit your vision, guest numbers, and floorplan. We’ll update your lighting plan, furniture package, and decor placement to suit any changes. Your balance payment is due now, so everything is locked in and ready to go.
We bring it to life
Our team arrives 48 hours before your wedding to install the marquee, lighting, furniture, and decor. We check every detail so it’s presentable and ready for guests, and return to take it all away the day after or after your recovery party.
